Blackberry KEY2: Price, availability, deals and release date

Blackberry's heyday is long gone, but don't count it out completely. Last year TCL brought us the Blackberry KEYone, a masterful blend of nostalgia and modern smartphone prowess. A year later the KEY2 has arrived packing a similar design with plenty of refinements, on the surface and under the hood.

The Blackberry KEY2 is a niche device, but it's worthy of your attention if you yearn for a physical keyboard option in 2018. So, how much is it, and where and when can you get it?

Don't miss: Blackberry Key2 is here – what you need to know

Unfortunately we don't know the exact date just yet, only that it will arrive by the end of June in the U.S., Canada, Germany, the U.K., France, and China. A wider global rollout is expected in July.

Last year the KEYone debuted with just one design choice, only to add the KEYone Black variant later in the year. This time Blackberry is giving us more choices, launching an all-black version and a dark gray model with silver trim.

Below you'll find a list of markets where you'll be able to pick up Blackberry's latest. We'll update this list as more information becomes available.

Blackberry Key2 will come in two color options, priced at $649.

Blackberry KEY2 price: U.S. and Canada

The Blackberry KEY2 will cost $649 in the U.S. This model will include 6GB of RAM and 64GB storage. Unfortunately, that's your only option if you're in the U.S., as the dual-SIM/128GB variant is reserved for unspecified "non-U.S." markets. It's worth noting this is an $100 increase over the KeyOne's debut price.

The Blackberry Key2 will cost $829 in Canada. There's no word if the 128GB variant will be offered in this market, but we'll be sure to update when we know more.

No exact pre-order or sale information is known just yet for either the U.S. or Canada, beyond "by end of June."

Blackberry KEY2 price: UK and rest of Europe

European Blackberry fans will be able to get the Blackberry Key2 sometime in June for a price of 579 Euros, or 579 pounds for those in the UK. It's possible the Dual-SIM 128GB variant will be offered in parts of Europe, but we can't say where specifically just yet.

BlackBerry KEY2 availability

The Blackberry KEY2 should be arriving in the coming weeks. We'll be sure to let you know more as soon as further details hit. In the meantime, be sure to check out our related BlackBerry KEY2 coverage below:
