There is no doubt Japan can make some of the best RPGs, but the language barrier is always a factor. While many of the big titles are quickly translated, some of the smaller (yet awesome) games take longer. Such has been the case with Egglia: Legend of the Redcap, but this is going to change soon.
Co-developers Brownies and DMM have announced the game is being translated to English and will be launching this summer. Don't know much about the game? It is definitely something to look forward too. The caricature-like graphics and intriguing story will get you hooked. You will take on the world as Chabo, an elf from the Redcap tribe. Your goal is to collect eggs by completing quests. What are these for? They unlock areas and allow for town expansion. One can add homes and get furniture as a town's population increases.
Interesting? This sounds a lot like Zelda meets The Sims, but soon we will be able to experience it all first-hand. It should be a fun one! Are any of you planning to download it?
