Motorola One Vision lands in India: What are you getting for 19,999 rupees?

The Motorola One Vision devices.

The Motorola One Vision is one of the company's most important releases of the year, ticking plenty of boxes for a budget device in 2019. Now, the brand has launched the phone in India, but how does it fare in the world's most competitive budget market?

Motorola's new device packs some solid power under the hood, delivering an octa-core Exynos 9609 chipset (four Cortex-A73 and four Cortex-A53 cores), 4GB of RAM, and 128GB of expandable storage. We don't see newer CPU cores here, while the Mali-G72 MP3 GPU isn't exactly cutting-edge, but this should deliver a solid overall experience on paper.

Other key specs include a 6.3-inch full HD+ display (21:9) with punch-hole cutout, a 3,500mAh battery with 15 watt charging via USB-C, and a rear fingerprint scanner. You can also expect a 3.5mm port, IP52 splash resistance, and NFC capabilities.

Editor's Pick

The Motorola One Vision isn't too shabby in the photography field either, offering a 25MP selfie camera in the punch-hole (with face unlock), and a 48MP+5MP rear camera pairing. The 48MP shooter also offers optical image stabilization (OIS) for reduced blur in photos and smoother video. Motorola is also touting camera features like a Night Vision mode, "High Res Zoom," cinemagraphs, and Spot Color effects.

Motorola's budget-minded smartphone will be available from June 27 for 19,999 rupees (~$287) via Flipkart. By comparison, the 128GB Realme 3 Pro is available for 16,999 rupees (~$244), while the 6GB/64GB Redmi Note 7 Pro will set you back 16,999 rupees (~$244) as well. Nevertheless, you're getting Android One, a 48MP camera with OIS, and a punch-hole design by opting for the Motorola One Vision. Which device would you pick? Let us know in the comments!
