Tinder has been testing its Gold subscription service in certain countries including Canada, Germany, and the UK for the last few months. Now, the company has announced that Tinder Gold is available worldwide but only for iOS devices, while Android users will get it sometime next month.
So, what exactly is Tinder Gold? Well, it's a subscription service that gives you access to a new feature called "Likes You", which basically shows you who exactly has swiped right and liked your profile. However, to get the gold treatment, you'll have to pay up.
Tinder gets an online version: Click and drag right to find love
The service will set you back $4.99 per month on top of your current subscription plan, which already offers quite a few premium features. These include Passport, unlimited likes, five Super Likes a day, and Rewind, which lets you undo swipes you might have made by mistake — always good to have.
If you really want to step up your Tinder game, the fee just might be worth it. Although money can't buy you love, it could at least help you find it a bit faster. As mentioned before, the service is already available, so you can sign up for it via the app to try it out.
